I was incredibly frustrated that the neighbors were extremely loud at odd hours, interrupting our sleep consistently. It was impossible to get a restful night when voices carried so clearly from nearby properties. the lack of basic amenities, like a kettle in the room or proper parking information, made for an overall uncomfortable experience.
